edit: I got my url back. calms did the right thing here but i'd warn people to be cautious about trading with him in future.

calms (http://ahilly.com/) stole the url latias from me. they promised me charizard in return and said they released it, but the charizard url seems to still be attached to the same blog it has been recently and i now think that calms never even owned it
edit: proof, they didn't own it
i'm really really distraught about this. i did a lot to get latias in the first place and i was really really really really really attached to it, it took a lot to persuade me to trade, even for the bogus offer of a gen 1 starter. i love latias and i loved drawing her and i just really want my url back.
