Some beta Subcon stuff cuz I've been watching some of Shane Frosts animatics

Specifically my take on their designs because I think it'd be neat to differentiate them from their Canon counterparts a bit

First Snatcher!

I had a lot of fun specifically because the person who left them behind HAD PECKING ELF EARS YES so I made the fluff droop downwards and included the elf ears because it's my headcanon and I can do what I want

And Neth!

Neth was a lot of fun specifically because of the colors

I tried to take away anything that could hint to Snatcher (like purples, the hair swooping upwards, golden eyes, etc) and make the colors a lot more MoonJumper esc also darken the hair a bit because it looked better dark

Summary

A prince with no kingdom is taken from his prison by mercenaries who had come to plunder its remains. As it comes to light that there is no profit to be made from him, they make him one of them. The former prince accepts this new role, because what else could he do, when he has nothing to go back to?

As for one town guard, it seems like the world keeps trying to test his values, and he struggles to understand what kind of person that makes him.

However, as they both remain trapped by their circumstances, it seems something good may come from their commiseration. One can only hope that what they are clinging to is not false.

Essentially, Prince gets kidnapped from the cellar by the Nyakuza and one of the town guards who was coerced into working for the Nyakuza has to deal with it.

Trigger warnings are in the fic tags, but some prominent ones I'll mention here are suicidal ideation and torture. Yes, this is the basement chapter.

My first posted ahit fic… and it's not the original concept I have been talking about for two years. I got sidetracked by the potential character beats okay. Didn't think you could combine Subcon and Nyakuza arcs, huh? Well I did it! I swear this is a fix-it fic you guys, there's just a lot to fix and the circumstances are way less than favorable.
