Ahi Tuna Tacos are a tasty mix of fresh ahi tuna, tropical flavors, and Sriracha mayo for a spicy kick. These tacos are a great way to eat something light and tasty.
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh ahi tuna steaks. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced ripe mango. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 8 small corn tortillas. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro. 1 lime, cut into wedges.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to create a marinade. Cut the ahi tuna into small cubes and place them in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. While the tuna is marinating, prepare the Sriracha mayo by mixing mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Set aside. Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat for about 10 seconds on each side, or until they are warm and slightly toasted. Remove the marinated tuna from the refrigerator and drain off excess marinade. Assemble the tacos by placing shredded lettuce, diced mango, and red onion on each tortilla. Top with marinated tuna cubes and drizzle with Sriracha mayo. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges. Enjoy your Ahi Tuna Tacos!
