Claire shoved the phone in her pocket after getting the message from Abigail that her plane would be landing around 6. Thankfully there was still enough time to get through traffic if she took the train and a cab. Shaking her head, Claire slid into the driver seat of her car and drove to the nearest train stop, parking it and getting a ticket for the day.

Within about an hour, Claire was hopping out of a taxi, leaving some money on the seat for her fare, and heading into the arrivals section of the airport. Honestly, she couldn’t wait to see Abigail. They hadn’t talked in forever and she really needed her help in getting Claude back.

The second Claire saw her coming onto the platform, Claire jumped onto a chair, flailing her arms about. “Abigail! Over here!”
