Rereading Goblet of Fire and I noticed this passage:

"Aidan Lynch was being supported by Moran and Connolly; the second crach seemed to have dazed him and his eyes looked strangely unfocused, but he grinned happily as Troy and Quigley lifted the cup into the air ... The Irish team left the box to perform another lap of honour on their brooms (Aidan Lunch on the back of Connolly's, clutching hard around his waist and still grinning in a bemused sort of way)."

So now I've decided to headcanon that Lynch and Connolly are boyfriends who play quidditch on the national team together. Lynch is a Dub and Connolly is from West Cork.

If someone wants to write fic about this please make Connolly's first name James or Seán I think it'd be funny.
