whose the guy in the bottom right gif? a new character that'll be introduced in Season 3.5? Possibly some competition for Juice concerning Rory??

The guy is a new character. He is Aiden Collins, a new surgeon at St. Thomas that is pretty much fawned over by every single nurse, doctor, patient, etc. He becomes friends with Rory because she seems to be the only one able to talk to him without drooling and she finds out he has a similar past to her. While he seems to have the heart of an Irishmen, something about him rubs not only Chibs the wrong way but Opie as well. He causes problems with her and those that remain on the outside with her.
