Well, this is Soul! A character I've mentioned a few times in some tags, but never really actively talked about or drawn... So let's fix that!

She's the "main antagonist" of the third and [for now] final arc of New Future's Dawn! As for what her story is to lead her to be the way she is, that's a story for another time...

Oh, and if you're wondering why she's Stornel, I thought his theme song, Quicksilver, fit her really well. Uh that's it Happy Halloween
