HI EVERYONE FIRST OFF HAPPY NEW YEAR SECOND OFF I’D LIKE TO TAKE THIS TIME TO GIVE A BIG THANK U TO OLEE-NEESAN FOR LITERALLY CO-DIRECTING THIS THING WITH ME practically. she helped me a lot with sending out urls back when we gave out names and like .. drew a gift (with Jenny, thank u too jenny ilu) for someone who didnt receive their gift. And now she is helping me figure out the rest of the ppl who didnt get gifts yet! So thanks so much Olee!!! [claps] 

another, if you havent gotten ur gift yet, dont be shy :( please message me. I already figured out most of who hasnt gotten theirs and stuff so we will be sending messages to santas who havent slid down tha chimney yet. (lol)

but yeah, pls msg me if you havent gotten your gift!!! EVEN MORE IMPORTANT if you are a santa who has not given yet.. and dont think you can.. its okay... but pls tell me asap so that we can make a lil something for your giftee. that way no one is left giftless. honest, we wont judge you , the holidays  are busy for many people, i know i was really late with my knb secret santa gift but anyways- just tell me if you dont think you can finish it , its allll good.

Aikatsu Secret Santa!

hey, @hawaiian-xngel! i (jess/kihanmon@tumblr) was your secret santa this year!! i really hope you like what i’ve done, and i hope most of all that your holidays are not only bright and filled with joy, but as stress-free as possible!! merry christmas, angel, and have a happy new year!  ʕ•̀ω•́ʔ✧ > SEIKII + a smol ran mention > seira asks kii if she should cut her hair like ran did, and kii has some unspoken Strong Opinions. > 545 words!

after a few moments of contemplation, of posing in the mirror, seira finally asks, “kii, do you think i should cut my hair?” her eyes flick to the side in the mirror, to focus on the blonde, curled up on the couch nearby, “y'know, like shibuki did.”

the producer looks up from her laptop’s screen, before chewing idly on the straw of an empty brain thunder bottle. her brows furrow “why?” there’s a pause, as she sits up a little straighter, “i mean, your hair is getting a little long, so a trim might do it some good–”

“no, no,” seira rubs her forehead for a moment, still facing the mirror, a short embarrassed huff escaping her. “i’m talking about an image change, for uh. ratings, i guess.”

this is when kii sets her laptop aside, standing to her full height yet still swaddled in her blanket. the brain thunder bottle clatters to the floor, disregarded as the blonde draws closer, glasses sliding down the bridge of her nose. seira straightens a bit once kii stands beside her, moving to adjust her glasses, trying to ignore the sharp stare being thrown her way.

“your ratings are already pretty high, seira,” kii says, still chewing at her straw; it would be a lie to say that she wasn’t contemplating it. a style shift might help seira become the best idol she could be. “your fans would probably be excited about the change, but–”

kii stops herself, glancing at the mirror only to see seira’s perplexed expression.  "but…?“ she reaches out, gently, fingers threading through hair that she puts up every day. the thought of losing that small moment with her idol sets a weight in kii’s heart. her fans would love it, kii’s sure of this– but, she would lose the chance to touch seira, to show her unnoticed affection in the only way she knows how: producing. to make seira the best she could ever be.

"seira, i like you the way you are,” is all she can get out. her voice sounds childish to her own ears, and she winces, quick to amend: “and you don’t have to change for your fans to love you.”

there’s a smile from seira, then, bright and shining; brighter than kii had seen in a very long time. a smile that only seems to appear after a good performance, a smile reserved for her fans.

but now, it’s the brightest smile of all, just for her; kii can’t help but smile back, the faintest of pinks rising to tinge her ears and cheeks. with little flourish, she opens her blanket and envelops seira in a hug, warm and and soft. “but,” she says into seira’s shoulder, barely above a whisper, “if it’s what you want to do, i’ll support you all the way.” seira laughs, just a little, and wraps her arms around kii as well, pulling her closer, holding her just that much tighter. “thanks, kii,” she murmurs into kii’s hair, so quietly, she can barely hear, “i’ll support you, too. the best i can.” kii doesn’t respond, only giving an embarrassed nod in return. a comfortable silence settles between them both as they turn, still bundled together in kii’s blanket, towards the window; smiling, they watch the snow fall, together.
