So the results of my kudzu experiment can be seen above. The Juglone had the most significant effect at p<0.1 on kudzu respiration, although that still is lower than the p<0.05 significance I was looking and hoping for. It’s still better than nothing.
Bottom pictures just are of the apparatus I used to measure CO2 and O2 production of the plants, and of wild collected samples. I hate how small my sample sizes dwindled down to. Depression is spending hours harvesting 45 plants from the wild to only have like 10 survive being transplanted that then you have to divide up between your treatment types.
