BUT if you’re like me and you’re in his fandom you probably looked closer to discover that the animation style is not like the show, and more like a special effect!
that doesn’t look like bill, now does it? and that doesnt look like gravity falls style explosions, either!
ALSO as we know, the show as never really shown extreme 3D effects like the one displayed when this “bill” falls apart. he also doesnt seem to actually blend into the background, and neither does the explosion.
and, if you still feel this may be part of the show, we have to take in remembrance of the other times bill was defeated by one or more of the cipher signs.
He was thrown out of a physical entity he was in and returned to the dreamscape, EVERY time. and bill is currently in a physical form as we speak, as well as he is expected to have an extremely terrifying secondary “boss” form, as from what we have seen from the original designer of all his monster friends. and he doesn't really seem to fighting, does he? he doesn't even seem phased by this. im pretty sure if i where about to die, i wouldn't have a straight face about it, and we definitely know bill is rather expressive. He may be transforming into something much more..... fit for the occasion.
and as wendy says, “you’ve defeated him twice before, why not just do it again?” this is a hint that what will be done may be similar to the other times that he was defeated.
also, in several games, such as hero’s trip, and the gravity falls game itself, bill is mentioned to have done this before, and failed.
and finally, if you’re still scared, remember that this is a god-like entity that has been in existence for TRILLIONS of years, and is aware of his alternative selves, as well as his fandom. he refers to us as, “Single lifespan” beings. If that doesn't say “unkillable” to you, idk what will.
SO, i hope this ties up some of those frizzled nerves some of us may have. You can reblog this if you want, but ide rather no replies to the post itself. even though i am very sure of a lot of these theories ive said (as i was actually correct about his phsyical form theory when last episode aired, btw! very proud of that) i have a severe case of anxiety disorder, and tend to kinda get depressed about anything of this case, so please keep that in mind and keep the theory as it is! thanks :)
