That's a joke I can't make up.... like, A Sigma, a Que and an AKA walk into a bar because they set it so low that they walk right into it instead of missing it entirely and maintaining the ability to claim ignorance.

Homemade Red Lobster Cheesy Biscuit Pizza Crust

I know what you’re thinking – I could never make a homemade pizza, none the less a red lobster cheesy bread pizza crust.

I was grocery shopping at Walmart when out of the corner of my eye I saw a box mix of Red Lobster’s cheesy bread just staring at me. I instantly thought I would try and make a ‘za crust out of it. To my surprise, it ended up tasting quite delicious and only took 30 minutes of pretending to be domestic in the kitchen.

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Cook time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

A stick of butter

½ a cup of sharp cheddar cheese

¾ cup of water

Pizza pan or casserole

non stick cooking spray

Pizza sauce of choice

Bag of Mozzarella cheese

Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage

Instructions

Preheat the over to 425°.

Stir together the biscuit mix, ½ cup of cheddar cheese and ¾ cup of water. Make sure not to over stir.

Spray your pizza pan with non stick cooking spray.

Pour stirred content into your pizza pan and put in the over for 6 minutes. You want your biscuits to be almost done but not completely cooked fully.

Take pizza crust out of the oven. Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and Italian sausage (or toppings of choice). I added crushed red pepper and onions for extra flavor.

Put back in the oven for 5 minutes.

tried it. needs tweaks but tasty. biscuit was way too biscuit. like bojangles biscuit casserole and somehow too cloud-like and fluffy. definitely use a pan bigger than a 9 in round.
