Spring is right around the corner and I've already started thinking about all of the things I want to sell, or clean, or get rid of in my home. Something else that comes to mind when I think about spring cleaning is not only detoxing (cleaning house on the inside) ..but something called a "friend cleanse". All in all-as winter ends we all feel a need to shed away all the unnecessary belongings in our life and LET GO of what no longer serves us. There is nothing healthier in my opinion than witnessing what you don't want in your life!!!! I should repeat that. That way you can create more space for something better to come along, including more positive energy and health. Whether it be in your home, relationships, or in yourself-keep only the good stuff . 💖✌️😊🌺👍 So my affirmation of the day: I take responsibility for the energy that I create and surround myself with.
