Thanks. I’m just glad I’m getting to see the kids, and get to hang out with all of them tomorrow. THEN I get to head back that way. Gonna try to not be too late heading back, since I have work Monday morning.

Either Mass Effect 3 because I'm still trying to avoid hearing the arguments about it, or... I can't think of anything else. I literally tell everyone what games I play.

Within the same few months finding out that the Dreamcast was effectively defunct in the States and finding out Sega is putting a lot of games you're looking forward to on Microsoft's brand new XBox which you at the time had absolutely NO intention of ever getting only to snag one for $100 with Panzer Dragoon Orta and KotOR a few years later.

I was really looking forward to Shenmue 2, you see.

Already answered 6, but Chrono Trigger also fits the bill; it was the first game that made me care about actual characters and story.

and this might sound kinda dumb but it's one of the few movies I've watched where the first-gen immigrant characters have the same dynamics with language me and my brothers do ;A;

very often bilingual characters will always speak english (because they're films made for english-speaking audiences, but in Saving Face the characters speak so organically from situation to situation and it's wonderful. that scene where Wil is speaking to her childhood friend in a  blend of their two languages? that's me and my bros
