❝ well this fucking sucks. ❞  a sarcastic laugh as she tugs back her collar, revealing a bleeding gunshot wound.  figures the last fucking guy would end up getting her good.  ❝ ah shit, of course it’d be me. ❞  the stain on the fabric was slowly growing the more the wound bled.  didn’t seem like it was going to stop anytime soon.  she was just lucky she had a bandage she could wrap around it until they get to somewhere safe.  then the fun part would begin.  ❝ joel!  help me wrap this thing would you?  you know, before i bleed out in this disgusting place. ❞

        𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐁𝐎𝐘 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐓 ,  𝐁𝐎𝐃𝐘 𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐊𝐄𝐄𝐏 𝐉𝐉 𝐈𝐃𝐋𝐄 𝐒𝐎 𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐎𝐄𝐒𝐍’𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍 𝐂𝐑𝐘𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐍. dina had decided she’d pay a visit to joel today while ellie was off taking care of a patrol with some others━she wanted to keep her mind off of ellie being outside the gates , as she does every time ,  but she also knew that joel would enjoy seeing his grand son.    lips press against her son’s chubby cheeks in a series of serial kisses which bring a delightful giggle from JJ at the display of affection from his mother !      ;          ❝  do you wanna go to grandpa joel , jj?  wanna go see grandpa?  ❞    asked dina in the usual   𝙼𝙾𝚃𝙷𝙴𝚁 𝙱𝙰𝙱𝚈 𝚅𝙾𝙸𝙲𝙴   that everyone develops when they have their own child or when they stay around a baby for too long.    (   it still astounds her how much someone can change when they have another person to look after , another little person to pour so much love into.  it’s warmed her heart to see all the people she cares for ,  joel included ,  taking part in little jj’s life !   )     gently ,  she hands the few month old over to the male sitting beside her.     ❝  what do ya say i make something for lunch while you have some grandpa time with , jj?  ❞    offers dina with a smile.  /  @aintdad​   gets a dina / joel / jj visit starter ! ♡

“ you being a home-y type . i never would have guessed , you and tommy both . ” she says with a shrug , hair swinging around her as she drops off from the horse . “ how d’you like it , sitting around and living in a city again , what with all the responsibility and stuff . are you enjoying the whole ... normal thing ? ” adalyn hasn’t felt that in a long time , it hurts to think back that far sometimes , when life wasn’t this .

“ okay joel , seriously . ” a deep breath as she raises from hunched position to look at the man in front of him . “ this is punishment , right ? you’re doing this to punish me for the prank we pulled ? i already said i’m sorry about that , it was harmless . ” she groans , using her palms on her thighs to finish standing up completely straight . “ did we really have to leave the horses back there and how much longer do we have to walk ? ”

    Arthur had been HOPING the other would just turn around once the area seemed empty, but he was quickly becoming aware that if he didn’t move at this point, his opportunity to stay on top of this situation would quickly disappear. So, he found himself moving slowly at first, careful not to make much noise until he could raise up, raising his gun and pointed it toward the back of the man’s head with a CLICK. 

    “I’m thinkin’ that’s far enough, mister. Y’ got some business bein’ here?”
