There is an official build for many Decepticons (including Starscream) in the back section of the Transformers rpg. However, all the interesting character one would want to interact with in the game are all high level threats!

Starscream is 17th level!

What good is having Starscream in the game if I can’t have my Autobot punch him in the face?!

As such, I have started creating my own Decepticon threat builds. I am basing their Stats on the tech spec cards provided by the G1 toy line.

Ok, besides the whole "model" thing... Are you interested in art? What kind of art forms did they have on Cybertron? Specialized Vosnian art styles?

Art… your kind are beginning to appreciate a form, and you could call it ‘specialized Vosnian art style’. And there was actually a show of that exact type going on when I decided to reveal myself on this planet. The ‘Crimson Angels’, ironically enough.

Aerial acrobatics. All flier types would coordinate every servo-ful of solar cycles for a grand showing. Due to the numerous mecha, shows were able to be put on in every city, often with several per city so that the entire population could witness.

Needless to say, few Seekers comprised those outer-squadrons. We have to keep our elevated status, after all.

Even the Air Commander contest, held no more often than every vorn -less so if the incumbent was no longer fit to serve or, rarely, decided to retire as Emeritus- was ritualized. Those Seekers not interested in competing for the title, or disqualified for other reasons, flew in the opening bouts as a demonstration of their skill. Those who qualified, with the other traits desired in an Air Commander [it’s not just raw talent we admire], flew last. Showing off, while not necessarily a sound tactic, could win a young Seeker acclaim among the mecha’s peers.

I won, not in my first showing mind you, but still earned the title of youngest Air Commander in Vosnian history.
