Secondly, we have a new addition to the Zaibatsu stand roster with one made for Matt! This was also sketched when I did 「Wrong」 but only coloured until now.

「AIR RAID VEHICLE」 is a long-ranged stand that can freely manipulate kinetic energy in a 15m radius around it. This can be used to either speed up the velocity of a flying object or the momentum of an animate being, although these acts require at least a minimum amount of conscious effort. The use of this power can, for example:

speed up the velocity of a bullet fired through 「Air Raid Vehicle」’s 15m radius or give an axe enough momentum to traverse from hill to hill

be used against a charging hostile to have them crash into a wall (knowledge of this power should mean the stand user can jump out of the way while the hostile threat can’t slow down on time)

help Godzilla body slam Hedorah faster

As for the drawbacks and limitations of this stand, while the stand user can give themselves added momentum, they’d have to compensate for dispersing that kinetic energy on their own as 「Air Raid Vehicle」 cannot slow down anything. This applies to it’s own added kinetic energy as well as pre-existing energy. Things just... keep on rollin baby.

Is this one of those Time/Gravity-based stands that are only reserved for the protagahnist(sic?)? Only time will tell, but there’ll be one more stand to come, then I’ll get back to Wakka.
