Ik I haven’t posted abt this at all, since I’ve kinda been grieving. But Barry has been missing for a few weeks now. On one of our searches to go find her, my sister actually found a different parakeet. We fostered him for a day then brought him to the shelter.

so a couple weeks go by, and he’s up for adoption, so we got him, since we missed having a bird in the house, and if we do find Barry, we will just have two birds.

life has been crazy for me lately, for worse ( mostly worse ), and for better I guess.

so I guess I’ll be bartposting from now on.

ok so my robotics place was going through a closet for something right? Right, well one of the people found a spider, this here fisher spider, and since it’s my assigned “job” to catch and do something with any and all bugs, I had to forcefully evict it. It was up on a giant rolled up carpet, so I had to climb that to reach it, scare it down, put it in a cup, and bring it outside. It is so cool to see these guys and I got to be an autist and yap about fisher and wolf spiders, bees and mantises for like 45 minutes
