Get That Air Leak Fixed Now! We were checking this truck during state inspection at our truck shop. We found out that the truck was losing too much air pressure per minute. Normally a commercial truck or any vehicle should not lose more than two PSI in one minute. We checked the suspension system and found about three air leaks on the rear suspension. For this suspension system repair, no extra parts were needed to be installed, only a fresh layer of Teflon was applied on some air fittings. On the cab firewall, we found two 90-degree air fitting defects. We then removed and replaced air fitting. We tested the air brake system again and found no more leaks.
