I was tagged by @loverboy-havocboy and @brokenphoenix99 and this is my delayed reaction. This is from one of the perspective paths for Interitus:

Thorn clenches his fists, armor creaking as he fights to control his temper.  “That’s your man in that transport.  This is your sector.  How many troopers do you think you lost to this… meat house?” he asks. Behind his visor, Thire blinks away tears.  He shakes his head, unwilling to guess.

Last Line Challenge

Was tagged by @brokenphoenix99, @loverboy-havocboy, among others. I've been busily writing (and trying to start a YouTube channel because I hate my IRL job TT-TT) but enough! Last line I wrote was:

If I were to write a fic for Clone Kinktober

Which clone would you like to see central to the story? If you don't want to reply to this post, you can send an anon message. n-n

*I am working on Interitus, but there are so many perspectives I'm going to be writing each perspective all the way through start to finish and then combine them. The kinktober fic is a "for funzies" while I'm in the trenches of old Hollywood noir and espionage filmography because apparently that's what we're hyperfixating on now. Invictus was always kind of film noir in it's undertones, but Interitus really wants to be.

Line is from the outline for Interitus (oooo it has a title now~), otherwise known as Thorn's investigation of GAR high command.

“Why do you think she tried so hard to recondition Hunter?”

Yes, the Bad Batch is in this one. Sometimes my outline notes are just chunks of dialogue and no context. Then I have to try and remember what I was going for. Luckily, I remembered to put context with this dialogue, but I'm not sharing it with y'all. -cackle-

The outline for Thorn's investigation of the GAR is over 11 pages long so far and I've resolved NOTHING yet

Guys, I have to write the last chapter of Nec Aspera Terrent before I can write Thorn's investigation of the GAR.

Why? I dunno, they all kind of blur together in my head, and there's overlap with Com, Treeble, etc.

This is from my Coruscant Bingo card, the prompt was "Cooking" but so far the only connection to cooking anything is the poor shiny's burning flesh. ;-;

Toast shoves the burning debris aside with his shoulder and grabs the screaming shiny, now named Rust, by his ankles and pulls.
