Changeling 1920s NPC - Rodney McLeod

So this one has been a WIP for ages, but I didn’t want it sitting unfinished in 2019 so I scrapped the part holding me up and just coloured it! Rodney McLeod is a Airtouched Cloud elemental from Spring Court, who works as Boston’s Freehold’s Sylvan Emissary. He’s got a twin brother with a stormier disposition who’s in Autumn.
