Introduction

  Hi! I'm Belle, and I'm a culinary student at the Art Institute in San Antonio, Texas. I just really, really like food. My greatest dream is to one day own and operated my own bakery and cafe. A lot of people ask me if it's because businesses like that make a lot of money. It's not so much the money I could make from it, but how much fun I have when I'm cooking or baking. I really like cooking for other people. It's kind of weird, though; I don't always eat what I've made. I prefer to feed it to other people. I have a joke with one of my friends about how I'm like someones grandma. I'm always feeding people to the point where I've probably given them diabetes, and will single-handedly be the number one cause of obesity. 

You can expect updates about twice a week, depending on how busy I am that week. There will be some weeks that I will only be able to update once. Most will be recipes and how I went about making them and how they came out and any changes that I made to it. Hopefully there will always be pictures. There may be a few ranting posts. I get frustrated, but I really try not to complain about it.
