hey em, I was wondering if you could recommend any vegan recipes? :)

Hey Aisleah! I have to expose myself and say that I’m the pickiest person alive, and also that I’m a bum who doesn’t know how to use the stove (I know), but I’ll try to help ;)

**I have a vegan tag here, but it’s not organized in any way lol, it’s just a bunch of vegan recipes that I think look awesome, and probably mostly dessert tbh. (There are some text posts in there, mostly on the first and second page, but just go past that or skim for pictures of food, and they should all have recipes attached/linked. I’m looking at it now and getting hungry...)

**You’ll see a lot of recipes in my tag are from the blog @vegan-yums, and you should absolutely check it out. They have a meal ideas page separated into breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert. They also have a solid tagging system so you can add ‘/tagged/pancakes’ or whatever to the end of their url and find tons of recipes, and you can do that with a huge range of foods.

**Pinterest is also a good place to look. I’m pretty sure you don’t need an account? I have one just cause I like to stare at food and gift ideas sometimes tho LOL, and it’s free. I don’t actually have a real blog or whatever set up, I just use the search function and it’s pretty great. 

**If you’re looking for a recipe for something specific you can also feel free to ask me, cause I can probably find one easily in a cookbook or I might already know of a good one. Depending on how much effort you’re willing to put in, you can veganize anything.

my honest opinion of you aisleah is that you’re just an all round super lovely person! 

i think you are the personification of sweet and soft and sensitive, which is a wonderful thing to be. it means you’re very attuned to other people’s emotions and you care a lot about other people’s feelings, but i think it also means you can be easily hurt sometimes. you’re so so kind, and you always try to spread your kindness and goodness and positivity to as many people as you can, which is so important and so admirable. i also think you’re entirely too hard on yourself. maybe your life is moving at a different pace to people you went to school with or other people your own age, but that’s okay. there’s absolutely nothing wrong with taking a different path, and i have every confidence that you can and will achieve your goals and dreams in life. you work so hard at your studies, you’re so caring and supportive of your family and friends, and you give so much to the people around you, and these are all hugely significant pursuits, don’t forget that amidst facebook posts of engagement announcements or whatever. 

basically i think you’re doing great and you are great and you’re going to be great. you’re an amazing friend and a wonderful person and i’m really happy to know you 💖
