Question on the clock- do you think Tokitatsu had any input/helped Akari with it? For example, as a way to be an annoying big brother to Hirato (or something of the sort)?

No. I think Hirato and Akari have several private battles of wills that are between the two of them. In my head!canon, this is a sort of foreplay for them. Akari probably built it himself.
