What are the steps to create a Group report in Active Intelligence Visualization (AIV)?
Step 1: On AIV, go to Documents → Group Report section.
Step 2: Select the dataset and parameters. Choose the appropriate dataset.
Step 3: Select the report for mapping purposes. The report should be created using the same dataset that is used for viewing. This report is generated using BIRT report tools, which have been integrated for AIV usage. Ensure that the required parameters are present in the report.
Step 4: Name the Group report and map it to the relevant dataset column, which will be used for mapping with the generated report.
Step 5: Specify the format in which you want the report to be generated for viewing in the browser. For example, PDF, RPTDesign, DOCX, AIV-XLSX, HTML, etc.
Step 6: Schedule the report as needed, either to run immediately, once, or on a recurring basis.
Step 7: The output will be in GBR format and saved in the local AIV output folder.
Step 8: In the email section, you can assign user permissions for security purposes, ensuring that only authorized users can view the generated report.
Step 9: Run the report. For more information, visit the official AIVHUB website.
