My time for being a wife started on the 16th of Oct when I arrived in the NL. Prior to that, we had a long distance marriage (LDM) for ~3 months, so it didn't count. For the last 2 weeks, I've been juggling in my new role as a wife in the new country (more on this later).
Being a 24/7 housewife now, I enjoy the little things. I love it when... the floors are swept n mopped, when garbages r out, when there is no laundry n no dirty dishes, when kitchen is dry & clean, and when the house is neat somewhat presentable. I didn't realize it before, but I find it very satisfying when it comes to clean the house #adulting. I feel so content n refreshed (n ofc tired lol) afterwards. Fyi me also manage to cook lho, mostly 3x a day - yippie!
It's Friday night and we just finished our pesto pasta while watching Somebody Feed Phil. I also got fresh roses from yesterday's market - yippie again!
So by now, alles is goed. Alhamdulillah.
