It’ll take place in the same place it did October last year: the balcony of the Ibis Hotel, directly opposite the convention itself (so you don’t need a ticket for MCM itself), from 2pm until 5pm on Saturday. Obviously you could turn up later or leave earlier if you wanted/needed to!
I’ve volunteered to organise it, and for this purpose I need to know how many people are coming (and also how many cookies/delicious homemade bread rolls I should therefore make). If you could let me know if you’re coming by replying to this post or sending me an ask/a note on Skype that’d be great! It’d also be helpful which station you’ll be arriving in, which is what this spreadsheet is for, so we can possibly arrange travel together from the stations.
