Lovely Complex OST - Akane Iro - Piano Solo HHnnnngg! My heart! Oh god I love this little piano motif! It plays over all the little tender moments in Lovely Complex (anime series), especially scenes between Risa & Otani. I binged the series recently so this song has been stuck in my head and I’m so glad I found a YouTube video of someone actually playing it on the piano. If I still played piano I wouldn’t mind practicing this piece over and over again. If I had to do my childhood piano lessons over again and my piano teacher would let me do all the anime songs I wanted, I might’ve actually practiced willingly, on my own. But piano was something that was sorta forced on me, for my own good. I’m pretty good at playing by ear but lack the self-discipline to really practice a musical instrument to any degree of real proficiency. I still can’t read sheet music for shit. But I do LOVE this piece and if we still had a piano (we don’t), I would want to learn at least this song by heart.
