Just as soon as Shining Justice Beacon yells out, the screens lights up, Yoon Ji once again appearing. She looks tired, grumpily gazing into the camera.  

"God, wakin' me up fer this? I was havin' this sick ass dream with these pizza rolls, 'n they were all... Whatever."

Yoon Ji sighs, pausing briefly to pick up and light a cigarette. 

"So, mama Yoonie's got some news fer you lil shits. Some dumb fuck's dead. Hip hip hooray, 'r whatever. One of yer buddies found 'em, so get down to t'kitchen, 'kay? Yeah, do that. Or somethin'. Later."

Yoon Ji yawns once before the screens go out, and your blood goes cold. It's been almost four days since the motive, and you've only had water, unless you were one of the lucky few to find food in the UFO catcher. The hunger was getting intolerable- and for one of you, apparently just a little too intolerable. You head over to the kitchen, still missing the ever familiar scent of food. 

There, a very distressed Shining Justice Beacon can be found, as well as... The body of Akari Kagome. Lying on the floor, her legs and arms are splayed out like a little ragdoll. A trickle of blood drips from her mouth, and her glazed eyes gaze up blankly into nothing, a disturbing change from the fire that usually blazed in them. Most notable, though, is the noose tied around her neck, made of thick rope. A bit of rope is fastened to the highest shelf on the pantry. Normally, food would be there. Now, all there is to focus on is the rope that apparently tore from the bit tied around Akari's neck. Whether this is suicide or murder, you're not sure. But Akari Kagome, an elite athlete, is undoubtably dead, and if this was a murder, somebody managed to overpower her. And if somebody could take her down...

Then what about the rest of you?

Monobear Theater | Head Cold

A chain shoots out from the door behind Akari and latches around her neck. The curler's eyes open, and she whimpers in fear before she's yanked backwards, ripping her hands away from the advice columnist.

She lands on her bottom on a curling rink. The chain remains around her neck, and her eyes follow it up to where it's source appears to be.

It appears to be attached to a pulley system that looks like it could retract at any moment. More disturbingly, right below the pulleys is a huge, glistening blade. You don't need to be a genius to understand what will happen if it retracts. At the far end, a timer starts counting down from 40 seconds.

Akari seems to understand too, and she panics for a moment, before a whistle is heard from the other side of the rink. Her head spins to see who's making the noise.

You don't know whoever's standing at the other end. He's wearing what appears to be a male version of Akari's uniform. His hair is unfortunately shaggy, hiding most of his face in shadows. In his right hand, he's tossing a red "ESCAPE" button up and down. However, Akari must know him, because her face lights up with the biggest smile you've seen on her. She runs carefully over to him, despite the pulley giving some resistance.

Once she reaches him, Akari practically throws herself into his arms, planting a huge kiss on his lips and crying something unidentifiable... Onee-chan, maybe?

However, when he does nothing back, she pulls away, cocking her head- and instantly backing up in horror. There's a familiar giggle, and then a shake from the boy- the clothes and hair fall off, revealing three Monobears on stilts. The top one- who must have been who she kissed- blows her a kiss, and pulls out a small set of wedding bells, ringing them. Akari gags visibly.

Just then, there's a buzz, and Akari's eyes dart up to the timer- she's out of time.

She hardly has time to scream before the pulley retracts, and she's yanked backwards across the ice.

Before your horrified eyes, Akari is pulled back against the blade, swiftly cutting off her head.

As her body slumps onto the ground, the lights in the rink go off. There's the sound of something heavy hitting the ice, and your stomach rolls as you realize what it is.

Monobear trots out with a curling broom, waving at all of you as the doors to the rink slam shut permanently.
