This is Akihito Kinoshita! Villain name: Apex

He's the son of a surprisingly influental yakuza boss who conducts business underground away from the prying eyes of his father, heroes, and the law. His quirk is called 100%. He can use 100% of his brain at once, accelerating his healing, heightening his senses, increasing his strength, etc.

The drawbacks are that it's a very draining quirk, so he rarely uses absolutely 100% of his brain, but rather increases the functionality as he sees fit for a situation. If he suffers a blow to the head, the ability is knocked down a peg, and if he suffers a severe head injury, his quirk is useless until he's healed.

His high-tech mask can transform into an ultra protective helmet if it detects he is in combat, similar to how an airbag will go off in a car, but this technology is ultra sensitive!

A grunt of effort.

Sweat dripping down skin drawn tight over flexing muscles.

The sound of flesh impacting flesh, rhythmic and primal. Labored breath matching the pounding of twin hearts.  The wet sound that followed was intensely satisfying, Aki savoring the crunch of his opponent’s nose as his fist broke cartilage and bone with shocking ease. Blood spurted from the hyur’s nose despite it being almost plastered along his left cheek.  The coppery scent was deeply intoxicating, Aki so battle drunk that he leaned in to draw his tongue along the man’s cheekbone just to taste the metallic twang in the back of his throat.  “Delicious.”, he purred into his opponent’s ear, the sinuous tail wrapping around the other man’s leg like a golden snake. It squeezed muscle tightly, dark aether enhancing the muscular limb so it’s able to grip much harder than usual.  A pop came before the scream as Aki twisted the lower leg just enough to dislocate it from the man’s pelvis so the limb hung uselessly from over stretched muscle and sinew.  “Let me go! I yield you sick fuck!” 

“You want that too? I can oblige, didn’t take you for the type that wanted a public pegging.” The au ra’s sinuous tail was already unwinding from the hyur’s leg before the man was done screaming.  With that particular comment though, the tip of it flicked upwards, dragging along the man’s groin in a parody of a lover’s caress leaving a trail of purple-red energy in its wake. 

The grunt turned into a moan. Lips pressed against skin slicked with liquid copper. The sharp intake of pleasure from warmth down his throat. Movement followed and a languid sigh that ended in a pained gasp. “Maybe another time.” 

Footsteps echoed hollow along the planks that made up the fighting ring, the watching crowd gone quiet as they sensed the shift on the stage.  Aki’s gaze stays focused straight ahead, ignoring the stares that focused on him in lust or fear.  It was a feast, but one he had no interest in partaking of no matter how his body clamored for it.  Never again
