max can cook and is really pretty good at it, so when harrison comes over he’ll cook something nice for them to share

“wow it’s amazing!”“thanks i just use  my mom’s cook book and-”“i didn’t even know you were tall enough to see over the stove!”“get out of my house.” 

max gets the ‘butter beer’ recipe from the harry potter cook book and makes it for harry

harrison really likes harry potter stuff but a lot of the official merch is Expensive. during the winter months he wears hoddies and jackets and really wants a hufflepuff one

so of course max knits a homemade hufflepuff sweater for him and throws it at harrison’s face and walks away before harry can get all teary eyed and lovey dovie about it

it looks more like a bumble bee sweater but it’s harrison’s favorite 

since it’s so big max will sometimes squirm up under there and cuddle

max is a very short boy and likes sittin in harrison’s lap but also? harrison loves sittin in max’s and cuddling up to him. tall boy likes his short comfy bf

harrison sends him good morning and good night texts 

he also signs his good night/morning texts like this 🎩💛💙😒

Got any Makkiel headcanons? God it's so cute haha

I like the idea of them meeting up years later after camp (maybe when they’re all teens) and reconnecting, only for their friendship to blossom into an eventual romance. But like...obviously, being teens and not having much knowledge of things like poly relationships, I like to think that there’s a bit of a struggle before they all officially hook up.

Max and Neil have to deal with all the ‘got any girlfriends yet?’ comments while Nikki gets the ‘got any boyfriends?’ comments. And none of them are straight so it’s already hard enough dealing with those, but then you gotta throw these sudden feelings towards each other that each of them are dealing with and it’s just...Hell for all of them.

All of them are struggling with their romantic identities. Neil’s on the verge of a panic attack constantly because he likes both Max AND Nikki but feels like they much prefer each other’s company and he’s just in the way (he’s not, it’s the anxiety). He also feels like he’s just...not as good as either of them, due to the fact that a lot more people like THEM instead of HIM. Not that he necessarily minds being by himself or just with his two best friends, but...being left out of the group still hurts a LOT.

Max is feeling like he’s just irritating and obnoxious and that the two of them would be better off without him (again, anxiety and self-loating). This results in him blowing them off a lot and just isolating himself in his room.

Nikki’s struggling with her romantic identity the most because she still likes girls a LOT but she also likes her two best friends and she’s just...fighting off a TON of internalized bi-phobia (though she could just be homoflexible, a headcanon I like a lot for her if we’re talking Makkiel) and she KNOWS that if she hooks up with two guys, it’ll result in people assuming her love for girls was just a phase or some other phobic garbage.

In the end, the three of them find out how they feel about one another and they’re just like “We’re all a bunch of fucking morons” and then they laugh and cry together and start dating. Max and Nikki are sure to give Neil plenty of love and attention and praise in public, Neil and Nikki always talk about how much Max means to them and how he might be an asshole, but he’s THEIR asshole, and Max and Neil shut down any shitty phobic comments directed at Nikki and always make sure she knows that her love for girls is completely and totally valid. They also point out cute girls to her, and she does the same for them. Girls are so fucking good and they can all agree on that.

Aye, so it's kinda clear that you seem to like the Max/Neil/Nikki ship(bless you it's beautiful) and I'm kinda needing ideas to write and/or draw this trio. Any good ideas?

I had an AU idea a while back where Max was a prince who was kidnapped by some evil someone-or-other, and Nikki (captain of the royal guard, and one of the prince’s best friends, who happened to have a crush on the prince) and Neil (the palace wizard and other best friend, also has a crush on him) have to team up and go on a journey to save him.

And the two of them start to open up to one another about their feelings for Max, but there isn’t really any jealousy between them. They’ll all still be friends no matter what happens, or who Max ends up with. Even if he ends up with neither of them, that’s fine too.

And then they rescue him, beat up the bad guy, and take him home. And it turns out he was in love with both of them, so it all works out.
