very self indulgent, not many people read pjsekai x reader (from what i've noticed </3) but i'm still making this since i love akito vv much :] plus i don't have requests on atm so may as well ! akito may be ooc and the fic may suck a bit since i haven't wrote fic style in awhile.

opening your door, you sigh, your eyes blinking rapidly for the tiredness to go away. you then started taking off your shoes and placing them near the entrance of the house.
"i still gotta study for exams huh.. i hate this." you mutter to yourself, about to walk up to your room before a knock on your door stops you.
— knock, knock, knock —
three knocks were heard, turning your heel; you walked to the door, tiredly. "who is it..?" you ask out quietly but loud enough for the person outside to hear. you were too tired to put up an energetic font.
"s' akito, lemme in." a loud voice; which belonged to your boyfriend was heard through the door. you widened your eyes slightly, usually at this hour akito would be practicing with VBS. what's he doing here?
your hands immediately went to the door knob, unlocking and twisting it open as your face was met with your boyfriend's adorable face.
green eyes stared at you, he smiled slightly. "yo." was all he said as you stood at the side, motioning him to come in which he gladly did so. "what are you doing here? you usually have practice at this hour." you said, smiling. you were happy to see akito but at the same time, you were mentally struggling to fight the tiredness your body was experiencing from this exhausting day.
"eh, got cancelled. kohane got sick so an went to her house to check on her." akito says, shrugging his shoulders as he removed his shoes; once placed, he began walking to your bedroom. "oh.. i hope she gets better then. what about touya though?" you asked, following behind him, trying your best to hold back a yawn as you wanted to spend time with your boyfriend since it was quite rare to see him, especially with his busy schedule with school and practice.
akito chuckled, opening your bedroom door as you were both in your room. "s' fine. told him i wanted to come here and spend time with ya." akito said, turning himself; now facing you.
"hm.. i see." you muttered while nodding. akito's eyes softened at the sight of you, honestly it was very obvious you were tired, your voice barely having any volume, your eyes looking like they'll close at any minute, your body swaying sideways a little as if you'll pass out at any moment.
'idiot.' akito thinks to himself before grabbing your hand, making you look at him while tilting your head slightly as if asking him what he wants. "cmere." he mutters, lips pouting slightly making you smile slightly. ah.. he can really be cute without realizing it.
walking towards him, blinking your eyes rapidly as you felt like passing out at any moment. that feeling went away immediately as you felt akito grab your wrist in a slightly rough but gentle manner, pulling you towards him as he falls down onto your bed with a soft thud, making you stay on top of him.
"if you're tired, just tell me dumbass. no need to hide it." akito mutters, his hand that was holding your wrist now moving to hold your waist gently, hugging you in a gentle embrace.
you hum, now nuzzling your face into his shirt. 'he smells like coffee and cheesecake.. as always.' you think to yourself, inhaling the comforting scent of your boyfriend. "i just wanted to spend time with you.." you mutter into his chest, sighing into content as you felt yourself slowly falling asleep.
"that's what we're doing now stupid. plus i personally prefer this stuff over those cheesy dates and stuff." akito says, as one of his hand that was on your waist goes up to play with your hair. "hey.. if you do that, m' really gonna fall asleep.." you mutter softly, barely heard but akito somehow heard it.
"then sleep. i'll sleep with ya. i already texted ena that i'll stay here for the night." you chuckle, your eyes closing as the exhaustion from today consumes you. 'my studies can wait..'
opening your eyes, you look up at your boyfriend; staring at him with nothing but adoration and love. akito blushed and looked away. "oi, stop looking at me and go to sleep." he says with a glare but his soft voice and red ears say otherwise. "mm okay.. i love you." you giggle sleepily, lazily pecking his lips and leaning back down to nuzzle your face into his chest.
"tsk. i love ya too now sleep, i'll be here when you wake up." akito says, staring down at you (not really staring, he's full on adoring you). 'so cute.' he thinks to himself but he'd rather die than admit that to you directly. as you slowly feel sleep taking you away from reality, you also feel a small kiss on the crown of your head and a small mutter from akito; "i got real lucky with you, s/o."

notes: hello. akito brainrot is real and please wish me a 'get well soon' <3 anyways in my country it's been so fucking cold and i don't have an akito to cuddle me to sleep with. 🙄

"stay a little longer." he reaches out to grab your wrist, grasping it as you were about to move from the bed.
akito has no desire to leave the bed, especially when it felt like it was colder than everytime you open a freezer at a convenience store.
"akito." you called and he hummed as a response, still not letting go of your wrist, "let's start the day, don't you have practice today?"
he grumbles, pulling you closer to himー "it's cold. and we decided to take the day off since shiraishi is sick and azusawa is busy taking care of her. "also, aren't you free today..?" it doesn't take a genius to notice that from his voice that he was drowsy and didn't have the intention to get out of bed with you anytime soon.
"just stay for a while longer then we can leave," you really couldn't find it in yourself to deny his requests. you lay back down and he buries his face on your chest. it's warm, and he feels safe.
cooped up in each other, you drifted off again without much persuading needed. with a kiss on the cheek, he greeted you back. from time to time, you wished to stay like this for an eternity.
As your teacher blew her whistle, Akito and you ran to assemble together with the rest of the class in front of the teacher.
"All right class, today we are going to do sit ups as your yearly physical assessment is next month. Please choose a partner. "
Akito and you looked at each other, as he smiled and gestured for you to come closer to him. You blushed a little as you went closer to him.
Soon, the teacher assigned you a place to do your sit ups. Oddly, Akito and you were far in a corner where very few people go to as your class has occupied most of the exercising corner.
" So...shall we start...?" you asked Akito awkwardly. What a place to do sit ups huh... why are you and him so far away from the rest...?
He held you leg as you attempted to do a sit up, but you failed miserably. You are not very athletic, and can not even do a sit up unless you push very hard. As he looked at you in pity, his eyes then curved upwards and a mischievous smile was spread across his face while you were struggling.
"O...one.." you struggled to count as you shakily did a sit up. When you were about to go down, Akito pulled you close swiftly and kissed you on your lips. His sudden movement startled you so much you let out a small sound, and when he kissed you your heart was beating so fast as your head spun, trying to process what happened
"Hey...dont...dont do that. We are in school." You said, embarrassed .
He then said mischievously, " Serves you right. Do more sit ups and train harder or else, I might do even more ~☆ " he said with a mischievous and singing tone.
You gulped as your heart was beating so fast you were about to get a heart attack

He loves flustering you to the point of no return. He says it's your fault for being "so cute"

you love love love spoiling your boyfriend. by spoiling, i don't mean the gift giving way but in the affectionate way. listen, don't get me wrong but something about your boyfriend's reaction everytime you surprise him with a hug, kiss, or a pat on the head makes you go crazy. you don't even know why; he was just that adorable!
day 1.
the bell rang, signalling you that classes has just ended. you stretched your body in the (slightly) small chair; groaning in the process as you heard multiple bones crack.
you stood up from your chair, packing your bags as you were ready to go and see your boyfriend before he had to leave for practice.
giggling to yourself as you think of him sighing in relief just because classes end. now thinking of him, you rushed yourself in packing your school items. messily stuffing them in your bag.
happily rushing out of the classroom (very much excited to see your beloved.) you ran, in hopes of actually seeing your boyfriend before his practice started.
you smiled widely as you spotted a tall orange spot amongst the crowds, running even faster than before; you happily crashed onto the orange head's back, making him stumble a bit before regaining his balance.
"o-oi! you almost tripped me over you idiot!" akito shouted; he didn't shout loudly but it was loud enough for nearby people to hear which made some heads turn your way.
you didn't care however, all you could focus on was the way akito's cheeks that were once pale, now turning into a blossom color along with his ears, how his arms were awkwardly held up; not knowing where exactly to place them as you embraced him, and how his eyes were only focused on you.
you smiled softly as you stared at akito, tightening your hug slightly. "but you didn't trip yeah? its fine." you said, giggling as akito's brows furrowed slightly. "yeah.. but what if i did trip huh?" he said, slowly lowering his arms as he softly placed them on your shoulders.
"then.. i'd still be able to hug you! but on the floor this time." giggling as you leaned up to peck his cheek; making the color of his face turn way redder than it was. "you're weird.. get off me." akito muttered although the way his hands transferred to your waist definitely was the complete opposite of what he was saying.
rolling your eyes at this, you slowly let go of your boyfriend, obviously hugging him a bit more tighter than before letting go. "yeah yeah, you got practice yeah? come over later to my house if you're not so busy! if not, just message me when you're home aki." you said, lovingly saying his nickname you made for him making him sigh, he was way too flustered right now due to your affectionate self.
"mm okay, message me too when you get home. stay safe, i'll see ya later." akito said, turning around before spinning back to you. you tilted your head, curious as to why he turned back.
he hesitated before quickly pecking your lips. "see ya." he says, quickly turning his heel and speed walked to the outside of the school. you chuckled, slowly touching your lips as the feeling of your boyfriend's soft lips still remain.
day 2.
you happily walked towards weekend garage, checking your phone as you replied to an's message.
kohane's secret gf: we just finished practice!! you can pick up akito now, he's been checking his phone for your messages LMAO

giggling, you opened the photo. indeed, akito was in fact checking his phone as toya stood beside him. both of them clearly not knowing that an took a photo them. your hands quickly typed a message to an, telling her you were just a few blocks away and you'd see them soon. you shut your phone off and hummed a song that akito had sang for you a couple days ago.
as you arrived to the café, you opened the door; making the bell ring and making some heads turn towards you. you slowly walked in, looking for the familiar group. "hi y/n!!" you heard a cheerful voice call out your name, turning your head towards the voice, you smiled seeing an and kohane together.
walking towards them, you giggled as you saw akito immediately stand up from his seat and turn his head towards you. "hi guys, its nice to see you." you said, smiling towards the four. "i-its nice to see you too y/n! sadly me and an have to go now.. we promised to watch a movie so.." kohane says nervously making you giggle once more as you hugged her.
"don't apologize, s' okay! enjoy your movie guys" you said high fiving an in the background as you hugged kohane. slowly letting her go you waved a goodbye to the two before walking your way towards the two boys. "hi toya, hi aki." you said, patting toya's shoulder as you immediately hugged akito making him sigh affectionately as he steadily places his hands on your shoulders; lightly squeezing them.
"i'll see ya tomorrow toya, gonna study at y/n's place." akito mutters, trying his best to not let his flustered self out in front of his best friend. "study..? or cuddle?" toya asks, putting a hand on his chin as he stared at you both. "s-shut up already! of course we're gonna study!" akito yells, as his cheeks now turn bright red— well, it seems like he failed at keeping his flustered state at bay.
you chuckled, moving your head so you can look at toya (you're still hugging akito). "don't worry, i'll make sure he studies toya." you say to him, making him sigh while nodding; clearly not believing a word you just said. "okay, okay.. i'll get going now. see you both tomorrow." toya says, smiling softly at the two of you before turning around and leaving the café.
"we should get going." akito says, making you look up at him. you nodded as you let go of your boyfriend. "mhm. lets go then!" you shouted, making akito chuckle.
he hesitates slightly before reaching down to hold onto your hand, scratching his neck as he looks away when you look up at him. "c'mon idiot. lets go." akito mutters shyly, you chuckle, both of you now getting out of the café. you quickly pecked his lips and went on with talking to him as if nothing happened even though the poor boy was practically a hot red now. you would squeeze his hand here and there while feeling him squeeze yours back in response.
akito wasn't exactly a huge fan of pda, he didn't like it much; he very much preferred it indoors. but for you.. he'll get used to it, plus.. he isn't complaining. ♡
