In the Alola *Fzzt* and Paldea regions, Rockruff and Lycanroc are very common Pokémon amongst trainer, often being loyal companions who trainers can easily bond with. In Akkadios, however, they're considered quite the troublemaker, their population having blown up since they're here. *Bzzzt*

ROCKRUFF, Akkadian Form - The Puppy Pokémon - A Steel-type Pokémon. Although initially hailing from the Alola Islands, the Rockruff population exploded upon introduction to the Akkadios region, to the point where some region purists consider them a pest species. In spite of their now less than noble attitudes, they still are considered favourable friends to those who need them.

Lycanroc, Steel Jaw Form - The Lone Wolf Pokémon - A Steel and Dark-type Pokémon. Having been treated as a pest, they've grown to learn to only look after themselves. Though often when approached they may put up the visage of friendliness, they will not hesitate to betray you when it suits their interests.

Lycanroc, Thunder Howl Form - The Noble Wolf Pokémon - A Steel and Electric-type Pokémon. In spite of the hardship, they've resolved to rise above any resentment they have for their treatment. Having picked up a blade, they have protected small communities of Pokémon from imposing Pokémon that might prey on them.

Yeah, some trainers might not be a fan of these guys *bzzzt*, but I say they're wrong! These guys are pretty formidable, and I reckon a good trainer can get through the deceptive nature of Steel Jaw Lycanroc and built a genuinely strong bond. But don't count out the Thunder Howlf form, either. Seriously, people are missing out! *Zzzt zzt*

And now a Pokémon that honestly... raises some questions about quantum physics and the existence of parallel worlds *Fzzz-zzzz-zzzt-zzt*. Oh, that makes my heard spin. I don't these rabbits could given a darn though, they seem more content to loaf about and chill.

BUNNELBY, Akkadian Form - The Digging Pokemon - A Psychic-type Pokémon. This Bunnelby form is a mystery, being able to dig into the air and completely vanish. Many think it tunnels into another universe, likely boring out of boredom to find excitement.

Quantunnelby - The Interdimensional Pokémon - A Psychic and Ground-type Pokémon. Despite the obvious variation of appearance the species has, it has been theorised by scientists that only one Quantunnelby exists in this universe, and all the others are simply multiversal counterparts. If that's true, then it seems quite a lot of them seem to like Akkadios, as vast crowds of Quantunnelby are seen relaxing in the fields.

Okay, while the concept of their existence makes my head *zzzt* spin, I honestly could see myself getting along with them. They don't want for much, and seem to be an affable Pokémon. I just worry what they get up to in other universes, and most importantly what were to happen if they accidentally brought a trainer with them.

Incidentally, has anyone seen a giant robot Bunnelby hanging around with them? *Fzzzt* Seems strange, but apparently eyewitnesses saw one chilling with the Bunnelby and Quannelby in an open field. Doesn't seem dangerous, just... odd.

*Bzzzzt* Now many of you have probably been wanted a chill day, and gone down to the beach, and noticed a strange site, a Gible playing around in water. Maybe you've been started by Gabite coming to land, or a Garchomp's thing slicing through waves. You're probably wondering "Isn't Gible a ground-type, what's it doing anywhere near water?" Well let me tell you, the Gible family of the Akkadios Region are very different from the ones you're used to *Zzt Zzt*

GIBLE, Akkadian Form - The Land Shark Pokémon - A Water and Dragon-type Pokémon. Clustering on beaches, they make nests in the sand, burying themselves. A glutton, they often swarm prey in large packs, burrowing beneath the sand before striking en masse.

GABITE, Akkadian Form - The Sea Shark Pokémon - A Water and Dragon-type Pokémon. With evolution, the scales of Gabite have become slick, allowing them to swim through the ocean and burrow through the ground with ease. They scoop whole schools of fish into their jaw in a matter of moments.

GARCHOMP, Akkadian Form - The Star Shark Pokémon - A Water and Dragon-type Pokémon. Akkadian Garchomp are lightning fast in the ocean, moving as such speeds that allow them to cleave waves in half. They are known to go after prey many times their size, including Wailord and Dondozo.

Oh dear *Zzzt zzt* Yes, if you see a dark grey fin poking out of the sand, might be a good idea to find another beach, as a cluster of Gible have taken it as their hunting ground. Now while these are certainly a worthwhile Pokémon to train due to their vicious abilities in battle, just try not to notice that hungry, hungry grin... I really hope they don't eat Rotom *Fzzzt bzzt zzt*.

Now I think it's time we cover a Pokemon we've briefly touched upon before. *Bzzt bzzt* Now as you know, despite the Akkadian Golisopod being just as intimidating as their Alolan siblings, the Golisopod of Akkadios are known to be strangely protective of local colonies of Moistate. *Bzzzt* But why is that?

WIMPOD - The Turn Tail Pokemon - A Bug and Water-type Pokemon. When they sense danger, they are known to scatter in a flash. Wimpod nests are known for being incredibly clean, due to them feeding on detrital matter that fall in their habitat.

GOLISOPOD, Akkadian Form - The Rampaging Pokemon - A Bug and Dark-type Pokemon. Having moved inland, they are known to violently lash out at any that stumble upon their domain. For reasons unknown, they allows colonies of Moistate to share their domain, watching over the rivers and lakes that they inhabit to protect them from predators.

Oh wow, I do wonder how this relationship between wild Moistate and Golisopod came to be! It's one of *bzzt* life's little, mysteries, isn't it? Now, while that might be worth investigating in future, just don't get too close, those claws ain't just for show.

*Bzzzt* So everyone who's everyone has heard of Ralts, right? They're adorable, they have two powerful evolutions, hell if you haven't seen Diantha's movies where have you been! Their Akkadian cousins *zzzt*, sure, they're coveted by trainers for their strength... but also feared due to the sheer power they may use against you.

RALTS, Akkadios Form - The Feeling Pokémon - A Psychic and Dark-type Pokémon. Small in stature but high in attitude, the Ralts of the Akkadios region often attempt to gather groups of Pokemon together under their command. Nobody’s sure of the purposes why, but it has been stated that Ralts that have gathered groups have been known to compete with other groups of Pokémon for resources.

KIRLIA, Akkadios Form - The Determination Pokémon - A Psychic and Dark-type Pokémon. Long outgrowing their need to rule, the Kirlia of the Akadeos Region are still dominating in their fights. For reasons unknown, they seem to despise fighting types, with Orlion commonly driven from their territory by a less-than-reasonable Kirlia.

GARDEVOIR, Akkadios Form - The Freedom Pokémon - A Psychic and Dark-type Pokémon. In spite of a cold exterior, it is possible for a trainer of great character and heart to earn the respect of these Gardevoir. Those that do not, regret it. In extreme cases, Gardevoir have been known to psychically shatter the Pokéballs holding a trainers, liberating them if the trainer is considered cruel.

GALLADE, Akkadios Form - The Gladiator Pokémon - A Psychic and Dark-type Pokémon. Jaded and aggressive, Gallade of the Akkados region often go on the offensive quickly, attacking trainers and wild Pokémon alike. There has been a noted rivalry between individual Gallade and Steleon, leading to prolonged and sometimes destructive fights between the pair.

*Zzzzt* To those of you looking to add an Akkadian Gardevoir or Gallade to your team, I hope you have the strength of character to their trust. If not? Well, *bzzzt*, you've been warned...

*Bzzzzt*, so today I thought that it would be best to inform you about the regional variation of the Pikachu line! Why*zzzt*? Well, while your garden variety Kantonian maybe friendly and playful (and let's be honest, who wouldn't mind getting a little jolt if it means you get to hug one of these little fellas), the Akkadios form are known to be a mischievous little nuisance.

PICHU, Akkadios Form - The Tiny Mouse Pokémon - An Electric-type Pokémon. Although commonly thought cute around the Pokémon World, especially in its evolved form, the Pichu is commonly considered by the Akkadian People as a menace, They often herd around electrical sources to build up power, which can cause havoc for electrical systems.

PIKACHU, Akkadios Form - The Mouse Pokémon - An Electric and Dark-type Pokémon. Although a popular mascot Pokémon due to its charming features and its usage among some of the more notable trainers, Pikachu is regarded as a menace by the people of Akkadios. Instead of the lightning-bolt shape of other areas, the Pikachu of Akadeos have turned their tail into a conductor-type weapon.

THORROCHU - The Stormcaster Pokémon - An Electric and Dark-type Pokémon. Thorrochu have been known as a menace due to their habit of drawing of drawing in Thunderstorms. They can expel powerful blasts of electrical energy from their tail, capable of upturning vehicles. When angry, they exert an electrical field capable of disrupting nearby devices.

*Zzzt* So just a word of warning, these guys might be strong and, let's face it, adorable, keep your electric devices and substations out of the way of these little guys. And please keep them away from me if they look a little mad... *Zzzt zzzt*
