At long last, I can reveal my half of an exchange with @akogarezephyr! The post by itself will be reblogged shortly, but they drew a beautiful, stupendous, AMAZING rendition of Xion being happy with seashells for me!

In return, Ako wanted to read about Larxene. They left the subject matter in my crafty little hands, so I answered my own long-time question of what kind of Nobody she could control (just like how Axel had Assassin-themed subjects, Roxas had Samurai-themed subjects, Xigbar had Sniper-themed subjects, and so on).

Oooh! I didn’t know you liked Rurouni Kenshin! It’s been so long. I should rewatch/read again. Got a moment you cherish from it?

Oh yes! It’s when Kaoru and Kenshin pretty much admit they’re in love with each other in vol. 21. It’s after Kenshin tells her and their other friends about his past, going into the battle with Enishi and he talks about how everyone will eventually go down their own paths, but Kaoru says she always wants to be by Kenshin’s side. And he puts his arm around her, which is pretty intimate for him. It makes what happens in the following volumes even more heartbreaking when you see how much Kenshin does love Kaoru, which leads to my other moment I cherish, but it’s really spoilery.
