Happy February! I thought I’d start the month off right by offering up a recolor of the base game Close Cropped hair in my AKSRC colors! (1) ^^ This hairstyle is for all ages and both genders and sorted with the other short AKSRC hairs I’ve recolored.

And here is the other forgotten AKSRC hair! This is Nouk’s Side Braid for females and males, child to elders. It comes in my own slightly mangled version of Eir-sims’s texture, my AKSRC (1) colors, and is sorted with the other long AKSRC hairs I’ve recolored.

PS: Next Monday (and this Friday) it’s back to regular old akscolormix hair. >.< I’m sure I’ll recolor more of these again someday, just not right now. ^^

This is the... second hair I recolored in the AKSRC colors... And then totally forgot to post about it on Tumblr. So we’re a little late to the party, but here’s Nightcrawler’s Let Loose for females and males, child to elders. It comes in my own slightly mangled version of Eir-sims’s texture, my AKSRC (1) colors, and is sorted with the other long AKSRC hairs I’ve recolored.

So after all those AKSRC recolors last month I did end up getting inspired to make another one! This is ButterflySims 26 for females and males, toddler to elders. It comes in my own slightly mangled version of Eir-sims’s texture, my AKSRC (1) colors, and is sorted with the other long AKSRC hairs I’ve recolored.

Well look at that! working on all those hairs for my followers gift inspired me to attempt another few of these! This hair is Hide by Alesso (or CoolSims or Anto, but they went by Alesso for all their Sims3 hairs, so that’s what I’m going with too). This hair is available for Children-Elders in all of my AKSRC (1) colors (which aren’t mine, so check the link for credits), a variation of Eir-sims’ texture, and is sorted with the other long AKSRC hairs I’ve recolored.

One more pretty silky hair for the month of January: NewSea Adonis for male and female, toddlers to elders. It comes in a version of Eir-sims’s texture, my AKSRC (1) colors, and is sorted with the other short AKSRC hairs I’ve recolored (or will be, once I recolor more short hairs ;>.>).

Unsurprising as it is, the hair that actually inspired the “natural hair textures” project was Nightcrawler’s Kylie hair, specifically Eir’s textures for it, which this retexture also uses. This hair comes in my “real color” palette (1), and is sorted with the other aksrc long hairs (as soon as I get around to making them). This hair is only available for children-elders. Binned but no families, greys are custom.
