Stuttgart, 13 - 15 august
Stuttgart itself isn’t very interesting, luckily there was an antique market in the city center. The Tv tower was pretty cool too. Found a small shop called Gemini where they sold goth clothes and bought a Tripp skirt.
My main reason to travel to Stuttgart was to visit the nearby Schloss Lichtenstein, a small castle on top of a hill. On Maps, the walk from the bus stop to the castle seemed easy, but it turned out to be a steep hiking trail.
Nuremberg, 11 - 13 august
Went for a walk along the city walls on the first day since I arrived too late to visit any museums. Visited the Germanisches Nationalmuseum and the castle on the second day. The castle was so well fortified that no one even tried besieging it until 1945.
Munich, august 9 - 11
Met a girl in the train ride to Munich who happened to be a classmate of the girl I sat next to during the train ride to Bratislava. Had a lot of fun with some people I met at the hostel.
Saw the Alte Pinakotek, the Rathaus, climbed the tower of a nearby church to get a view of the city, saw the Residenz (from the outside, at least. The line for the tickets was so long that I gave up after a while), and the Deutsches Museum. Also went to the Hofbrauerei with my hostel roommates.
