And I wonder about it too, since whenever Aruji goes back to their world, their ring would exist in both worlds, like one in the butler’s world and one with Aruji, so I wonder if the butler has tried to put the ring on (since with Butler Now notifications, the butlers are speaking through the ring), but maybe nothing worked. But I hoped that because there are “two” rings (technically one because one is connecting the Aruji to this world), maybe the ring could connect the butler to Aruji’s world? :3
And the butlers have been telling Aruji that they wish to go to Aruji’s world too, with Boschi who’s like “tsk, why couldn’t I go to Arujisama’s world?” And also with Shiro who’s like “you can come to this world, why couldn’t I go to your world?” And other butlers who are like “if I were to go to your world, we can spend longer times together/I can protect you better/oh how I wish to be in your world.”
So it would be amazing if the ring could bring the butler to Aruji hehe I can imagine the butlers might not be used to the technologies yet, but nonetheless, impressed.

Berrien: Heartslabyul (I can imagine Berri having tea parties with them but it would be funny to see him in Octavinelle together with Beren when they meet Azul and Floyd.) [Mai added that Berrien is extremely benevolent on top of his leadership and caretaking qualities, which is why Berrien is suitable for these dorms hehe]
Lono: Heartslabyul (Lono and Trey would hit it off quick because they’re both amazing chefs and they’re the type to look after others plus same voices hehe)
Bastien: Diasomnia or maybe he’ll also be in Heartslabyul (Bastien, who is also our sleeping beauty in Akuneko and can fall asleep anywhere, would fit in comfortably with Diasomnia, although, if Berrien and Lono are both in Heartslabyul, it’s kind of like don’t separate the first floor family 😭🫶 so maybe they’ll be together) [Mai: he’s reputable for being known as a very skilled person who seeks to always refine his skills, which is why he suits Diasomnia.]
Haures: Savanaclaw or Heartslabyul (As someone who’s competitively skilled and trained athletically, I can imagine Haures would thrive in Savanaclaw. When you see Haures’ training menu, you wonder how he breezes through. Although, someone like Haures, who is strict with rules, could also fit for Heartslabyul as well.) [Mai: Haures can also be in Ignihyde too because of his high diligence and perfectionist nature. And he can build a lot of things. And with Heartslabyul, Haures is a big bro type of leader.]
Fennesz: Ignihyde or Octavinelle (Fennesz, who prefers to work in a more quiet environment, might enjoy his time in Ignihyde, where they do research on technology. For Octavinelle, I can see Fennesz and Jade bonding over mushrooms together hehe)
Boschi: Savanaclaw (Boschi, who prefers training by himself, might enjoy the laidback nature in Savanclaw, and if Haures is also in the same dorm, then maybe they’ll both spark this competitive nature in them so you can see them spar with each other hehe) [Mai: Boschi’s a headstrong man with determination and conviction that can come off as rude sometimes, so he fits in with Savanaclaw.]
Ammon: Heartslabyul or Savanaclaw (Surrounded by the rose maze, I think Ammon would be quite skilled at maintaining the beauty of the garden, maybe that’s how he was drawn to the dorm in the first place. He seems to fit in with the playful nature (while staying inside the rules but I can imagine Ammon would find loopholes). At the same time, I can imagine Ammon would fit in Savanaclaw nicely too together with Boschi and you see this mirror of Boschi-Ammon and Leona-Ruggie combi who are like sharing tips with each other) [Mai: Ammon can be in Scarabia, he’s calculative, attentive and great at analyzing others + their potential motivations, he understand how to adapt to working with these types of people. Mai also associates Ammon with a snake hehe]
Lamli: Scarabia or Octavinelle (Lamli brings the party wherever he goes and I think he would enjoy his time partying together with Kalim hehe and since Lamli loves star watching, maybe he would also excel in Astrology too but I think Lamli might want to be in the same dorm as Lucas)
Lucas: Octavinelle (Lucas is someone who is incredibly smart and he’s always curious-minded. Someone who would seek to find different solutions and reactions would enjoy his time at Octavinelle) [Mai: As the great negotiator, he would be perfect in Scarabia dorm. He is canonally more logical than emotional and is very meticulous with the way he speaks and acts, especially around nobles.]
Nac: Pomefiore (As the connoisseur for Beauty, I imagine Nac would also share his excitement together with Rook and you might see them exchanging beautiful flowery words and it’s like a chord is struck) [Mai: and also Nac’s arc is about accepting his past and others accepting him which suits the self-betterment dorm.]
Flure: Pomefiore (I can imagine both Flure and Epel would work hard together to gain muscles hehe and maybe together they would share problems over how they would get called as cute because of their looks)
Lato: Pomefiore (I can imagine Lato would wish to be in where Flure is, and also in the dorm where beauty is appreciated, I can imagine Lato would often share things he find beautiful with them) [Mai: I was thinking of Diasomnia at first but maybe Savanaclaw fits better? He’s not really ambitious towards anything though other than hunting angels.]
Miyaji: Scarabia or Pomefiore (I can imagine Miyaji would be in the opposite rivalry dorm against Lucas, since they both are quite intelligent and they see each other as rivals, but I can imagine Miyaji would wish to be together with Flure and Lato. Since Miyaji is a doctor who excels in potion making, I can see him thrive in Pomefiore too) [Mai: Contrasting to Lucas, he would be in Octavinelle. He valued emotions over logic, and is empathetic to the point of idealism. He wish to save poor unfortunate souls even if they can’t/don’t want to be saved.] <- beautifully put hehe
Hanamaru: Scarabia (As someone who’s resourceful and clever, I think Hanamaru would fit in with Scarabia too, he seems to be the type who’s laidback, but he would also think of different methods/routes to deal with different situations) [Mai: Diasomnia? He was seen as a powerful person as a bounty hunter before he was taken in by the church and is super talented, but he’s just not as elegant as you’d expected]
Yuuhan: Scarabia (Yuuhan, who is both textbook smart and strategically smart, could fit in with Scarabia quite well. Yuuhan is someone who plans carefully, would look back and consider each step of his way to learn from them, which aligns with the value of the dorm) [Mai: Someone who is Mr. Justice Discipline and moral code is in Heartslabyul, but the aforementioned discipline and moral code suits him very well in Diasomnia too]
Teddy: Savanaclaw (Surrounded by the strongest, Teddy would love to write down detail notes about the dorm members. And especially if Boschi and Haures are in the same dorm, he’s going to ask to spar with them every time he gets) [Mai: and Teddy also said he will never let go of what he wants the most and will do anything to get it. He fits the dorm of persistence.]
Beren: Heartslabyul or Octavinelle (I can imagine Beren would also wish to stay with Berrien and his big brother nature could fit in with Heartslabyul, but I do wish to see him together with Floyd too, I wonder how they would interact :3)
Shiro: Diasomnia or Ignihyde (Shiro enjoys his quiet spaces and I think he would most likely prefer to stay in a quiet dorm that’s away from people. But nonetheless, he would still try to go out for sun (consider both dorms are not really sunlight friendly hehe)) [Mai: He’s dignified, regal and confidence in himself that sometimes come off as a disrespect, which fits the image of nobility and is perfect for Diasomnia.]
Crowther: Octavinelle (Have you seen this man trying to offer to make deals with other people? Crowther would thrive being in Octavinelle and you would see him trying to recruit others) [Mai: Crowther gives hints, help, and opportunities to those they agree to pay a price, and his family is sympathetic to those who are unfortunate, not only do they take them in, but they also strengthen the family, as long as they pleaded eternal loyalty. However, I do think that Savanaclaw also fits him, not just the aforementioned loyalty but also because he explicitly said they would break the law if necessary for their objective.]

As for a prefect Aruji, I think the Butlers would wish to stay beside Aruji more (if it’s two separate worlds), and whenever Aruji would need to go back to the other world, they would most likely try to appeal to Aruji by using things that Aruji might like, their fav dessert, fav food, fav book and Muu would also try to use his cuteness to get Aruji to stay because Muu also heard about Grim hehe and you know how cats are attentive if you were to pat another cat, and I think the NRC members would also do the same too so Aruji would have to try to balance their time hehe since everyone wants them to stay.

The answer at least for me is BASES OMG.
I basically just grabbed all of the butlers png from the official website and studied them, what pose I like or who I thought had similar features that I could reference as well as color pallets, i also used characters from other games Studio Wasabi made to see how they where draw and colored.
I used Teddy, Boschi, and Nac all in all to base my drawing off of as well as color picking from a lot of the butlers to get colors that could match the rest, texture brushes to oml they saved me.
For actually drawing I went through so many passes but the artstyle has pretty similar things to what I do in my own artstyle!
One of the biggest examples are shadows, the akuneko artstyle shadows use two different colors, the normal shadow and a darker shadow, almost like an out line for it. And on outlines a lot of them are colored, hair especially if you got lighter hair, it tends to be a very dark blue. The out most outline is very thick and sharp, that one is just completely black.
Speaking of hair, I hate it its such a struggle for me so I based it more off of the older pngs like Miyaji! Most of the butlers have a lot of lines and strands in their hair but he doesn't which saved me sm (thank you Miyaji 🥹)! Also, especially around the face the very tips of the hair are often almost transparent with a lighter outline.
Highlights are also everywhere especially on the outside and on darker clothes so you can see folds better, in the very corner or where to parts meet theres normally cross hatching, on a lot of the butlers its just some simple lines but I got incredibly lazy so I used a brush 🥲.
