Too good to be true :: closed
Then: Adrian watched Alice in admiration. How her hair fell down her shoulders, to the way she'd laugh at almost anything. She was so happy, and he was glad he could make her smile too. He just wanted to be around her and hear her laugh constantly. Nothing lasted forever though, and with his past, he knew it'd come to a crash.
Now: "Would you just stop talking? I have a headache and i'm trying to watch the game." Adrian rolled his eyes and sat back with the remote of the television in hand. He looked back at her an sighed regretfully, knowing he seemed harsh. "Sorry, babe." Aid turned to her and pursed his lips. "I'm just...nervous to meet your friend. Roommate...whatever."
Behind Closed Doors :: Closed
Adrian lounged around in his apartment. He wondered if Louis would come back, he had to. He loved him, and people don't just give up on love. Even if it's tough. Aid grabbed his cell phone and texted his boyfriend. "Come on, babe. You know I didn't mean it. I always say stupid shit like that. Come back so I can hold you. ;)" Usually that did the trick, but he seemed so mad when he left. The anger in his eyes as he walked out the door was something Adrian couldn't forget. Not only because it was intimidating, but it was out of this world stimulating.
Getting up slowly, Adrian walked the the small bar he had in his living room and poured himself a drink. His patience was thinning out as time passed and he held on to his crystal glass tighter. "Come on!" He yelled out angrily, chugging the glass towards the wall and watching it chatter into pieces. Adrian to send another text, this one not so friendly. "My patience is wearing thin, Louis." He shoved his phone in his pocket and sat back down chuckling at himself. Never did he think he'd be so dependent on a partner, but there he was, needing Louis, because without him he felt weak. And he despised that feeling.
Wingman :: Closed
For as long as Adrian could remember, him and Stiles had been friends. He didn't exactly know how, but he certainly knew why. Stilinski got him. While everyone chased Adrian for his money and good looks, Stiles simply wanted to be his friend, and Adrian admired that genuinely. He was one of the only, if not the only person aside from his obligated parents to stick around, and tonight, he needed a wingman. Which he knew he'd regret doing. See, lately, Adrian has been confused about certain things. His sexual orientation included. He wanted to be there for his friend, but he was also afraid his jealousy would end up getting the best of him.
Adrian stared at himself in the mirror, a bored expression on his face. He felt guilty for hoping that no one would find a serious interest in Stiles tonight because he wanted to keep the boy all to himself. Selfish? Perhaps, but he couldn't help himself, Adrian was tired of feeling so alone. With someone new, a romantic interest in Stile's life, he'd be too distracted to hang out with him. This made Adrian bitter, but he didn't worry as he buttoned his cuffs and flattened out his well tailored blazer. Things would turn out in his favor. They had to, and they always did.
