Equestrian statue of St. Stephen, King of Hungary, at Buda Castle, Budapest, Hungary, by Hungarian sculptor Alajos Stróbl, 1906
'Alajos Stróbl during Work' as painted in 1886 by Moravian-Austrian painter Hans Temple (1857 - 1931). This painting is one of a series that Temple painted, of many different artists at work in their own studios, presumably because the paintings were a positive way to promote the artist depicted, and their art.
