I promised more Aliens of hectar that are involved in the world of Hup. I decided to play around with one that had a different shape to things I normally work with. These are Alakatuga people, a scholarly alien race who were discovered by the Kolendians and invited into the space fairing societies under the promise of knowledge and the ability to gather, maintain and write historical records across the Baalsii sectors. They are not far ranging or particularly common to see, but can usually be assumed to have a hand in scientific societies studying planets and the people's of those planets.
