Let's not forget that NS miss the point as to why Kushina fell in love with Minato. It wasn't shallow or superficial, it is because he loved the one thing she hated about herself. Had nothing to do with the fact that it was red in it of itself, but because she was bullied because of it. Had she not been bullied, then it wouldn't have had the impact it did when Minato said he liked it.

NS expects Naruto to be shallow as hell. In a manga about acceptance and acknowledgement.

His facial expression is that of an "I don't give a f***". It clearly shows he doesn't have the feelings he had for Sakura before, if any. A person doesn't just commit a romantic gesture to a girl they know loves them, and then not even react with any emotion when their father pairs them with some they apparently love. This was a pretty harsh anti-NS chapter if you ask me. Made it clear that A: Sakura still has no feelings for Naruto, and B: Naruto doesn't react in a positive way to the thought of being with Sakura. This is like when Sai thought Naruto loved Sakura so much it caused him pain, except for comedy relief, which is an even bigger burn.

It shows that Kishi still only mentions romance between Naruto and Sakura to be for comedic purposes only, and still has either one or the other reject the idea of being together. 615 was a clear indication that Naruto wanted to be with Hinata (even western cultures consider hand-holding to be, for the most part, romantic in nature, it is just more casual in the real world because most people have multiple relationships throughout their lives. If Kishi is going to bother drawing (literally) an entire chapter where Naruto initiates a romantic gesture to Hinata, who he knows loves her, then the context for this chapter is put into a better perspective. When has a blank expression and lack of emotion ever been considered indicative of feelings? That doesn't make sense.
