Chicken Confit @ Alba Ray's
The chicken is super-tender and has amazing sweet and savory notes, but that rice is ridiculous. Love the funky liver flavor.

A-MAZING. As good as the ones I absolutely love from Cochon in NOLA. The texture is spot-on and the filling is funky and meaty.
