A-MAZING. As good as the ones I absolutely love from Cochon in NOLA. The texture is spot-on and the filling is funky and meaty.

One of the best bowl of ramen I've ever had. Quite refined for a Tan Tan which is often quite thick and curry-like. Also, that pork belly is insane.
