You keep your head down walking to the kitchen. You and Alberto have been together for around 4 years and you couldn’t be happier. But lately you’ve been really sad and you know you don’t have a reason to but you can’t help it.. you’re just sad. Alberto knows that you have depression but he doesn’t know it is as bad as it is right now. You want to lay in bed and do nothing but you know that you have to be up or he’ll know that something is wrong. You jump a bit feeling two arms wrap.
“hi baby..” Alberto says kissing your cheek and you smile sweetly. “How are you feeling today? You seem a bit off.” He says and you shrug.
“I guess I’m just a bit tired..” you say turning to face him and you know he knows you’re lying and you sigh and he pulls you close hugging you tightly.
“talk to me honey.. I’m here for you honey.” He says and you sniffle a tear falling slowly
“I’m just in a bit of a dark place..” you say and he looks into your eyes listening to everything you say. “I just really want to lay on the couch and do nothing.” You say and then you gasp feeling your legs come out from under you and suddenly you’re laying on the couch with him and he runs his hand through your hair
“smile baby.. I don’t like when you’re sad babe.” He says and you smile softly at how supportive and calm he’s being and you kiss him softly “I love you (Y/N)” He says and you smile.
