What if Fruit Gushers were alive and could bite you
Let’s keep this spooky train rolling! I recently commissioned @tadeles to draw this splash art of the ‘Haunted’ wizard, and I LOVE how it turned out!! She also helped me sketch out the initial designs on all five of the game’s wizards...it was super inspiring to take her concepts and run with them instead of having to start from scratch.
Anyway go check her out she’s talented and great.
Just in time for October, here are the color schemes for my game’s ‘Haunted’ wizard! I was worried these ones would be harder to flesh out since the cloak is just one big solid color, but there were still enough features to get some good variation. Just one wizard left to draw up now!
( Bounty | Bulked-Up | Swift | Haunted | Haywire )
And now, the color schemes for the fifth and final wizard...here’s Haywire! She specializes in strategically self-destructing her own minions. Her design ended being the busiest, which gave me lots of opportunities to throw in splashes of unexpected colors!
( Bounty | Bulked-Up | Swift | Haunted | Haywire )
More color schemes, this time for the game’s ‘Bulked-Up’ wizard! The biggest challenge with her was finding good accent colors that didn’t distract from each main team color -- I also wanted to keep her red hair through all of them!

Whipped up some team colors for my ‘Bounty’ wizard! Color schemes are super fun to make!

More goo kids!! I think I’m starting to get a handle on this whole animation thing!
A breakdown of the idle loop I just finished for Fingers, one of the minions in Alchemaze! This was my first foray into animating, and I can confirm it is as difficult and time-consuming as it is rewarding to see the end result! Also shoutout to @kelseesi for guiding me through the trickier bits...sometimes living with an animator really pays off!
