zenitsu is half between 'needy' and a fun drunk. it all depends on what he drinks. if he gets some wine in him, he's on the floor giggling to himself where if he drinks something more hard like vodka or whiskey--he will feel the need to be handsy. though there will only be one person he wants to be handsy with when he gets like that.
