Achillobator go brr
some OC for ya
We need to see more big street celebrations In Star Wars like Carnivál, Mardi-gras, the Chinese New Years festival, Portugals AgitÁgueda, the Yi Peng lantern festival, The Jaisalmer Desert Festival, the Holi festival of color, Day of the Dead, the tomato throwing festival La Tomatina from Spain, the Songkran Water Festival, pride parades. Stuff like that. Something that we often see in Star Wars is a lack of cultural tradition and celebration. I mean for good reason since the empire stripped people of god damn everything because there fascists. But imagine a street celebration on Coriscant that spanned even to the lower levels, lighting up even the darkest corners. Naboo having beautiful artwork displayed on its streets accompanied by flowers and water installations, Alderon lighting colored lanterns and having massive fun water balloon/tomatoe fights. Pantora having huge beautiful parades that last for weeks and theirs lights everywhere and fireworks every night. The people of Tatooine taking to the streets will face paint and traditional clothing celebrating their ancestors, while Tuscan raiders celebrate with traditional music, dances and stories passed down for generations. Think of the possibility’s.
Conspiracy?? I THINK SO
Played some Path of Titans and made a nice screenshot of my Kentrosaurus.

Find the Word
@she-writes-love tagged me to find 4 words: reason, believe, encourage and dream. I know this was forever ago BUT HERE I AM ten minutes late with starbucks. This is all from my rewrite of The Moon’s Song.
Reason:
“I wish to speak with you.” He had no reason to stall.
Odra studied him, before jerking her head, inviting him closer. Sweeping his cloak behind him, Alderon closed the distance. Odra’s gray-streaked head was level with his and, up this close, he saw the fractals of gold in her eyes catching the watery gray light above.
Believe:
The door swung inward, and Odra stepped inside. “You are welcome in.”
Alderon said nothing as he stepped across the threshold. He suspected Odra knew he didn’t need to be welcomed into a home to enter it, but he wasn’t about to offer up the information willingly. Let the villagers believe whatever myths they wanted.
Encourage:
“How old are you?” Garrick asked incredulously.
This time Alderon did growl. “Frankly, that is none of your business.” Bad enough he’d even let an ounce of his defenses down; he would not encourage Garrick asking personal questions.
“Sorry, Lord Alderon.”
The silence fell thick and uncomfortable. Garrick’s heartbeat thudded loud in his head and he winced at the pain that rose out of nowhere. He looked away, scowling. It was hard to get used to a human living with him. Every little movement, every little breath, the creak of footsteps on flagstones and scrape of fingers against walls—he wanted to silence it. And yet it was the most blessed distraction he’d had in a long time.
Dream:
Alderon stood, more than ready to return to a well-loved book back at the manor. “Di uko.” Finished and sealed.
The others stood with him and led him to the door. He listened to the small breaths of the little ones—well, not so little anymore. The house breathed with them, lulling them to their dreams, protecting them from danger.
His life for theirs.
“May the night welcome you, Lord Alderon,” Odra said as he stepped out their door. Her voice was neutral, but the relief in her face unmistakable.
"And may the day walk with you,” he replied. It felt like goodbye. It was a goodbye. He wasn’t sure if he was happy or sad for it, but he knew Odra would no more miss him than miss a venomous snake that had bitten her child.
Always love this tag game, thank you <3
