This is how long it takes to create a habit.
I completed a three week cleanse from the CLEAN book. I’m done ya’ll.
I learned: •Progress not perfection •Patience in areas I never imagined •Slow is still moving •Food really is medicine •My skin loves celery juice •My body loves herbal teas •I feel sharper when eating this way •I lost a few pounds •I also lost inches •Salads can be made 1,000 ways •The elimination process is no joke •Water, water and more water •Juices are amazing •Smoothies are always fun •Homemade soups like me a lot •Family will try to sabotage you when on a cleanse •Saying “no” is my favorite new word •Happiness is a state of mind •You can do anything you WANT to do •Having time and making time are two different things •You are what you eat •I will repeat this when necessary _____________________ Cleansing/Detoxing does wonders for your body, mind and soul! I could list a hundred reasons why someone should try it even for a week. I wasn’t hungry. I didn’t miss out on anything. I feel great. My innards are squeaky clean and I love that I challenged myself to do three weeks because for me, one week wouldn’t have taught me all that I learned in three. I wanted to see if I could go three weeks minding an excellent book written by a very intelligent doctor (an internal medicine and cardiologist that could see past western medicine) that told me what I could and couldn’t do. All I have is gratitude. I feel lighter, I feel sharper, I am happy and my liver is happy! Thank you @dralejandrojunger for your wisdom and masterpiece on tying to heal the world. Remove. Restore. Rejuvenate
