"You got the money honey I got the timeeee"
Finn Wolfhard blasted through your ears in your head phones as you sung and danced around your house. Today was your long awaited break from your long stressful job you had today and the next 2 days off finally, so you decided that you should clean around the house with the extra time you had on your hands.
"You got the money honey should be a criii-"
You sung along this time only for the music to be abruptly cut of causing you to groan rolling your eyes wondering if it was Spotify just randomly cutting off again "I knew i shoulda paid for Spotify premium". You thought but it wasn't that turns out it was just Alex calling your phone you scoffed before answering.
"What do you want dickhead? You interrupted my music"
Alex only laughed at the name he didn't take any offense to it he knew you were only joking that's how you guys play. You and Alex were like brother and sister while alot of people assumed you were dating behind closed doors it was nothing like that both you and him agreed that you guys were strictly friends that's one of the reasons you were both so close, you were sick and tired of having a friend that was a boy that ended up having feelings for you.
You thought of each other like siblings it was nothing more than that and you were glad, not having a brother growing up and finding someone as annoying and protective as one meant a lot.
"To bad so sad what are you doing?" Alex answered over the phone followed by a loud crunch.
"Ew Alex your in my ear!" You exclaimed dropping the broom from your hands as you heard a loud crunch through your ears.
"Oh shit my bad" he responded but you heard the chuckle in his voice. You were about to answer the question until you heard an even louder intentional crunch.
"You piss me off im about to hang up on you" you said grabbing the broom from the floor.
"Okay okay im joking answer my question jackass" he responded quickly.
"Im cleaning the house up" you said just as you finished sweeping.
"For who? You don't get no hoes" he laughs you couldn't help but laugh to shaking you head.
"Shut up you called my phone what do you want?" You asked shaking your head pouring the trash from the dust pan into the garbage.
"Can you come over later?" He asks "im having a sleepover with some of my friends" he said making you laugh "why are you laughing?" He asked with a small chuckle.
You just shook your head "a sleepover at yo big Ole age" you laughed. "Your 23 Alex" (ik its not his real age Dom will be younger to)
"Are you coming or not you asshole?"
"Um that depends who's all gonna be there?" You thought about it.
"Uhh only you, Maria, and Manny" (sorry if that's ur name or some 1 u know I just made them up) "oh and Dom"
"Who?" You asked not knowing who the last person was you knew Manny and Maria though you 4 always hang out.
"My brother idiot" he responded you could just hear the eye roll in his voice.
"Oh yeah I don't know how I forgot you act like a younger brother" you chuckled and began to mop up the floor.
"He might not even join us though he likes to do his own thing" he added ignoring my comment. "So are you coming or are you going to keep cleaning your house for absolutely zero guests?"
You laughed at that you hated it when he made a joke about you that actually made you laugh "yeah yeah whatever I'll go" you said and flipped off your phone.
"Bet and if you get here late your sleeping on the floor" he snickers.
"Ha ha ha" you say sarcastically "no one's even there to laugh at your jokes loser"
"Whatever M&M are coming at 6"
You laughed "did you just call Manny and Maria M&M" you said and he only laughed "stop that's so clever you funny bastard im so mad I didn't come up with that first"
"Haha im funnier than you loser" he teased causing you to roll your eyes you checked the time and it was 3pm.
"Okay I'll be there at 6" you said as you finished moping.
"K bye sister" he said crunching on another chip chucking afterwards.
"By- get off my phone hoe" you said and hung up on him with a small chuckle shaking your head.
You were putting away the mop and all of a sudden Finn Wolfhard blasts in your ears.
"If you wanna go dancing every niiiiiight. every night!"
He sings causing you to flinch you completely forgot you were listening to music.
"Goddammit Finn" you gasped like he could hear you.
Time skip
It was 6:45pm when you showed up to your best friends house you seen that Manny and Maria were already there from the cars in the drive way. You entered the house on your own already knowing the password to unlock the door.
When you entered you seen everyone on the couch Maria was happy to see you
"Y/nnnnn" Maria jumps up and hugs you "girl its been so long"
"What did i say about being late now yo ass sleeping on the floor" Alex laughed you only flipped him off and hugged Maria back.
"Hey y/n" Manny nods from the couch.
"Hey guys" you respond kicking off your shoes and sitting on the couch next to Maria the two of you began to catch up on drama and stuff after about 30mins the boys went to Alex's room.
"Me and Manny are going to go play the game" he says as they both walk up to his room causing you and Maria to follow while still talking
Alex and Manny sat on chairs at the end of Alexs bed while you and Maria sat on Alexs bed watching them play the game and talking.
"FUCK bro hes right there!!" Manny screams at the game causing you and Maria to laugh.
"WHERE ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THERES NO ONE ON THE SCREEN" Alex yells back pointing at the screen they were playing COD on spilt screen
"Look at the screen you airhead" Manny points at his side of the screen when both there characters die they groan and complain.
"Omg girl have you seen the new pics that Layla posted of her and joe?" You exclaimed.
"No I haven't been on insta" Maria shakes her head.
"Girl he fucking proposed" you said with a giggle watching Maria's face turn shocked both kids you used to go to school with.
"Are you kidding weren't they jus-" Maria was cut off my Alexs door opening everyone's eyes turned to the door as someone peaked through the crack of the door.
You looked over and felt your heart drop all the way down to your ass this man had to be the most breath taking man you ever seen his hair was kind of like Alex's, he was really tall, he had on sweatpants that hung a bit low on his hips (don't worry he wasn't sagging to where his whole ass stuck out) he wore a plain white t shirt he somehow made the most casual outfit look straight out of a magazine.
"Yo, Alex" the handsome man spoke and you swear you felt all the air leave your lungs
"Who the fuck is this majestic man standing infront of me" you thought your heart beating out of your chest.
Alex turns and nods at the man "whats up dom?"
"Dom?" You thought "holy shit this was his brother?"
Dom steps fully into the room ignoring everyone else in the room just looking at his brother "do you have my charger?" Dom asks.
Alex looks behind him at the socket right next to the side of the bed i was "Yeah its right there. Can you grab that white charger y/n?"
You snapped your head away from Dom so fast you held your neck "can I what?" You asked slightly embarrassed.
"The charger idiot grab it" he nodded his head at the charger you flipped him off as he called you an idiot and grabbed the charger and turned back to Dom seeing him already staring at you.
"Fuck, why the hell is he staring at me like that?"
You handed him the charger causing him to smile widely and you swear time slowed down in that moment his smile was so fucking adorable. He grabbed the charger from your hands your fingers brushing just slightly but it was enough to make your lips twitch upwards slightly.
"Thanks y/n" he smiled never breaking eye contact once neither did you, you couldn't his brown eyes were so memorizing.
"No problem" you smiled back he nodded and left the room Maria nudged you with a shocked face.
"Girl what was that did you see the way he looked at you" she said you just smiled shaking your head.
"Alex that's Dom? Like your brother Dom?" You asked him
"Nah hes my neighbor i go over to his house and steal his charger while hes sleeping" he said sarcastically you rolled your eyes and threw a pillow at the back of his head causing him to lose his game making you laugh.
He threw the pillow back "why?"
"that's the finest man I've ever seen in my while entire life that's why" i said like it was obvious he only shook his head.
Meanwhile Dom smiled from the other side of the door.
After a couple hours you all decided to watch a movie after getting settled you laid on Alex's bed next to Maria.
"Y/nnnn go get snacks" Alex grumbled from the floor "its the least you could do for stealing my bed"
You rolled your eyes and stood from the bed "fine fine I'll be right back"
You stood and left his room into the dark kitchen switching on the light. You made your way to the pantry you opened it and grabbed some snacks putting them on the counter. You turned around to get a drink to see Dom standing right behind you causing you to yelp covering your mouth he just scared the shit out of you.
"Damn i look that bad?" Dom jokes causing you to laugh.
"No you just scared shit out of me I didn't hear you come in" you said looking at the now shirtless man infront of you he must've been asleep his hair was messy and his voice was slightly deeper
"Sorry I didnt mean to scare you" he chuckled "your Y/n right? Alex's friend" he asked softly
You nodded with a soft smile "yeah and your dom?" You sad causing him to nod holding out his hand witch you of course took it
"Nice to finally meet you" he said shaking your hand his hand lingering for a moment.
"Finally?"
He chuckled at your question "Alex is always talking about you" he says as he leans back against the counter opening a bottle of water you didn't even notice was in his other hand.
"Yeah I've heard a couple things about you to" you responded with a soft smile.
"Only a couple" his eyebrows raised "im wounded he talks about you like your the only person he knows" he shook his head causing you to smile
"He loves you" you said causing him to smile again
"How old are you y/n?" He asks curiously.
"Im 24, you?" You asked sitting up on the counter something you always did when you and Alex cooked
"25" he answered.
"Do you live here?" You asked when he nodded your confusion only grew. "How come I never see you when im here?"
He shruggs "im not always here during the day i usually spend most of my time in the studio"
"Oh? You make music?" You asked softly the way he looked at you made you feel like the dumbest person alive he was shocked by the question but part of him was glad she wasn't only talking to him because he made music
"Yeah" he nodded with a smile "yeah I do" he chuckled right after making you cringe slightly.
"Was that a dumb question?" You laughed softly.
"No no" he shook his head "I just- i thought you knew"
You shrugged "Alex might have mentioned it but I honestly don't listen to anything that kid says" you said making dom laugh. God you loved that sound.
"Your always welcome to the studio if you want to hear some" he offered hopping up on the counter himself.
"Really?" You asked happily "I've always wanted to go to a studio"
"You've never been to one?" He asked surprised.
You nod "never, is that surprising?" You commented on his shocked expression.
"You have a nice voice" he said with a casual shrug making you blush
"You haven't heard me sing before" you said with a small giggle.
"I think you'd sound amazing" the way he said it so casually made you look away from his face with a small blush "do you live alone?" He asked trying to bring up something else.
You nodded "yeah I do"
"Really? No boyfriend, husband" you only smiled at the question.
"Nope no boyfriend" you shook your head "what about you?"
"Me? Boyfriend?" you laughed at that.
"Girlfriend" you corrected with a smile you knew he was playing he laighed to
"No I don't have a girlfriend" he smiled and then added "sooo let me take you out" he said it like a question.
You felt your heart dropped even lower than eailer. Dom was asking you out? This felt like a dream you looked into the man's big brown eyes who and their right mind would say no? (I'm crying why did "batshit" start playing😭)
"Yeah why not?" You tried to sound casual but even you could hear the excitement in your voice.
"Great" you could hear the excitement in his voice to "how about we go to the studio?" He asks and quickly adds "Just to get to know each other more i promise I'll take you somewhere nicer in the future"
You raised your eyebrow with a soft smile "already planning for the furture?" You teased with a small laugh.
"Gotta make sure i got my priority straight" he smiled softly looking up at you with sparkling eyes
"The studio sounds perfect" you agreed before he could open his mouth you hear a loud groan from the bedroom you suddenly remembered what you were supposed to be doing Alex comes into the kitchen
"Y/n we literally have been waiting for you for ages jackass" he rolled his eyes all i could do was laugh Dom laughed with me Alex only shook his head taking the snacks before leaving "im locking the door y/n now your sleeping on the couch!"
You snorted and Dom hopped off the counter holding out his hand for you to take witch you did again
"You wanna watch a movie on the couch?" He offered and you nodded hoping off the counter walking to the living room with him as he turned on the tv.
Turns out, you did end up sleeping on the couch that night.
A/n: im not so proud of this is kinda panicked once I got towards the end but lmk if you like it or if I should change anything or if you want a part 2 where they actually go to the studio. And if you like it you could also request something. Also I finished this at 2:22am
