I met Alex Koehler from chelseagrinband and he was the sweetest guy I have ever met (,: Me and my friends where at the Chelsea grin set and we where like right in front. They played my favorite songs so I knew all the lyrics, the whole time I was singing along with them. Well sadly Chelsea grin set was over so me and my friends started to walk around and we went to motionless in white set and another bands set. After we went to the Chelsea grin meet and greet but we could only take one picture and everything was fast, I wanted to stay more and chill with them but my friends wanted to see falling in reverse so I went with them. After we where super tired so we went somewhere to chill and sit down. I wanted to go and walk around but they wanted to stay more time sitting down so I went to walk around by my self. So yeah I walked around and saw a couple of tents, I got to the Chelsea grin tent and saw Alex there so I got in line to take another picture with him. When it was finally my turn i went up to him and I told him how amazing they where and he said "thank you so much, I saw you singing along the whole set. It made me happy to know our fans know our songs" I was like yeah you guys are my favorite band. Then I asked him if I can tell him something and he said yeah, but then I told him it was something it might take long and he said "its OK go ahead" I told him how chelsea grin helped me to stop cutting and he just looked at me in the eye and he told me "I'm glad our music helps, but you gotta promise me something, to never cut again, your worth a lot." I looked back at him and I said " I promise" then he smile and gave me a really tight & long hug. While we where hugging he told me he loves me and to stay strong, I just literally started to cry so he didn't let go of me. After our long hug he told me "to try and keep the promise and to post the picture on Instagram" I smiled at him and i told him thanks for making my day, and I won't break the promise we made" he hugged me again and he signed my vans warped tour program and gave me a guitar pick. That day was amazing cause I met the guy I look up to since I was 14, the guy who is always there whenever I feel like giving up or when I feel like shit even though is through their music but he's always there when no one is, not even my parents. The words he told me that day I would never forget and I promised I won't break that promise we made. No one can understand how much Alex Koehler means to me. ♥ I love him! To be honest the day I went to warped tour I promise myself that was the first and last day I'll go. I promise my self I would meet my hero then just ended up, but Alex made me break the promise. I rather break my promise than the promise me and him did. Once again he saved my life. ♥
