Both Celine and Alex are manipulative creatures at heart, but they also carry a competitive streak. They are always pushing one another to improve on themselves, and while they started off as enemies in the beginning, their natures tend to be more complimentary than not. Alex knows how to reign in Celine’s temper, while Celine makes sure that the stick up Alex’s ass never goes in too deep. While neither of them would admit it, there is also an underlying respect for what the other has accomplished given their circumstances, and a stubborn loyalty that keeps them on the same side regardless of their actions.

Viktor does more often than Christian, though they are comfortable enough with one another that nudity has never been a huge issue with one another.

It mostly had to do with Christian’s accusation that Viktor had been making a move on Sophia, although the king had only enlisted her help to try and surprise Saria for their one year anniversary. (“Perhaps lap dances were the wrong way to go, in hindsight.”)
why they work together
Both Chrisitan and Viktor have similar temperaments and values with one another, so they can rarely stay angry with one another for long. Christian often helps to keep the king in tune with reality, and stops him from acting excessively with his fretting. Meanwhile Viktor will pull Christian out of his comfort zone, giving him confidence to do things he would have never done otherwise, like asking out the pretty gardener who keeps making eyes at him.
